People: BoE appoints chief cashier in senior reshuffle

United Kingdom: The Bank of England has appointed a new chief cashier as part of a reshuffle of senior staff triggered by the departure of Chris Salmon.
Salmon, who is understood to have taken a private sector role, was executive director for markets, and earlier in his career had been chief cashier himself.
