People: Atlanta and Richmond Federal Reserve banks fill senior roles

Atlanta, US: The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta has named Christopher Alexander as vice-president for central administration in its Retail Payments Office (RPO).

Alexander, who is being promoted from the role of assistant to vice-president of the RPO, will be responsible for business support and testing in the office. He was appointed by interim governor Marie Gooding.

Alexander joined the Atlanta Fed in 1984 as an auditor and has since held several roles across the institution, including
