People: Board changes at PRA; Rodriguez to lead Fed’s ‘faster payments’

UK: The board of the Bank of England's Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), the body tasked with the supervision of around 1,700 banks, building societies, credit unions, insurers and major investment firms, will see four additions and one departure in the coming few weeks.
