President threatens to fire Fed chair next month and says criminal probe into central bank must continue
Donald Trump has threatened to fire Jerome Powell when his term as chair of the US Federal Reserve ends next month and said the criminal investigation into alleged overspending on the central bank’s headquarters renovation must continue.
