Turkey: Ugur Namik Kucuk has been appointed deputy governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. His appointment was announced in the country’s official gazette on August 15.
From June 2014, Kucuk served as principal economist at Turkiye Garanti Bankasi, the country’s second-largest private bank by assets.
