Sarb’s Mminele says IT investment could help African cities grow

African countries should focus on improving access to information technology networks to promote GDP growth, a deputy governor of the South African Reserve Bank said.

The problems currently faced by African cities could be resolved through investment in both human and physical capital, Daniel Mminele told an audience in Durban on August 23.
