ECB vice-president says stress tests for non-banks still in “fledgling state”
Policymakers and researchers needed to work together improve their understanding of how to run stress tests for non-bank financial institutions, said Vítor Constâncio, vice-president of the European Central Bank (ECB), in a recent speech in Germany.
