Thailand’s Prasarn highlights ‘dramatic’ turnaround caused by Fed taper-talk

Emerging markets have struggled to deal with the consequences of quantitative easing (QE) by the Federal Reserve, and now face further challenges as the policy is wound down, Prasarn Trairatvorakul, the governor of the Bank of Thailand, said on Friday.
