Norges Bank article assesses Norwegian settlement process
An article, published on May 22 in the Norges Bank Economic Bulletin, analyses the robustness of the Norges Bank settlement process to operational problems in one of its participating banks.
The authors, Tor Oddvar Berge and Casper Christophersen, use Norwegian payments data to simulate operational problems in each of the 21 banks that are active in the Norges Bank daily settlements process.
