The head of the International Monetary Fund has said the biggest priority for the G20 is to co-ordinate efforts to foster growth.

In a statement at the conclusion of the G20 summit in Hangzhou, China, Christine Lagarde stressed there is a need to make full use of "all policy levers" – monetary, fiscal and structural – both individually and collectively.

"We met against the backdrop of a global landscape characterised by major economic and technological shifts, and by growth that has been too low
