Gaps and inconsistencies causing problems for policy-makers
Major data gaps still exist despite recent efforts by central banks and other organisations, Benoît Cœuré, an executive board member at the European Central Bank (ECB) said today (September 10).
"Serious data gaps, inconsistencies and inefficiencies still exist in several major policy and supervisory fields," Cœuré told the Eurofi Financial Forum in Luxembourg.
