BoJ deputy governor urges EU to accelerate reform efforts


Hirohide Yamaguchi, a deputy governor of the Bank of Japan, in a speech on July 2 called for the European Union to "fundamentally solve" the eurozone debt problems, but said Asia should also prepare for further negative shocks.
