Norges Bank governor sees ‘bright spots’ in global picture

In an Address to the Supervisory Council of Norges Bank, governor Øystein Olsen said today (February 16) that despite the "difficult" times abroad, "there are bright spots" in the global economy.

"Growth in Asia remains robust, and some figures for the US economy have been positive recently," he said.
