MAS’s Menon defends central bank’s governance structure


Ravi Menon, managing director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), on Monday said that despite initial concerns over the operational autonomy of the MAS, the central bank had demonstrated its commitment to price stability over the past four decades.
