SPEECH - In a speech titled 'The euro and European integration - an Austrian viewpoint' Liebscher called for continued adherence to the stability and growth pact throughout the euro zone. He called on euro zone countries to continue to prove their ability to solve structural problems to increase the zone's international competitiveness.
