Czech currency protects economy - CNB's Singer

The Czech koruna cossets the economy from financial turmoil elsewhere, said Miroslav Singer, a vice governor of the Czech National Bank.

Singer said in a recent speech that the current financial crisis and especially the channels through which it has spread highlighted why it would be better to wait-and-see on euro adoption.
