Japan's Fukuma on economic & financial trends

In a speech on 'Recent Economic and Financial Developments' given on 25 March, Toshikatsu Fukuma of the Bank of Japan said in order for Japan to steadily regain the national wealth lost in the collapse of the bubble and to lay the foundations for future generations, it is absolutely essential for government expenditure and the regulatory environment to undergo reform.
