Greenspan on leaving the Fed

In a speech given on 15 May Alan Greenspan of the Federal Reserve said expressed his intention of leaving office when his current term ends in January next year.

''I have more in common with you graduates than people might think. After all, before long, after my term at the Federal Reserve comes to an end, I too will be looking for a job,'' Greenspan said in a speech before the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
