We deserve praise: Philippines' Tetangco

Amando Tetangco, the governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines, believes the institution's Monetary Policy Committee has performed well, all things considered.

"While we have our share of detractors, it is a fact that the central bank continues to be recognised for its ability to temper inflation despite severe supply shocks," the governor said.
