Speech by William Poole of the St. Louis Fed Bank

SPEECH - Speech by William Poole*, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Poole said in the speech titled 'Market Responses to Economic Stress' he has "no way to set a precise timetable for renewed growth," but agreed with "professional economic forecasters that we need to think in terms of months rather than years."

The speech was delivered at the Little Rock Downtown Rotary Club, DoubleTree Hotel, Little Rock, Arkansas, 20 November.
