OeNB's Liebscher: reviving the European economy

Klaus Liebscher gives his view of the euro as a sucess story and discusses the areas he believes must be addressed to revive the Lisbon Agenda.

He iterates the achievements of the introduction of the euro and the areas where there is work still to be done.

He also gives a brief overview of the ECB's view concerning the Stability and Growth Pact:
