BIS releases study on property markets and financial stability


The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) on March 29 released a collection of papers on the impacts of property markets on financial stability.

Academics, researchers and staff from regulatory agencies contributed to the research, which was published jointly by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Bank for International Settlements.

Authors were asked to submit papers, and those chosen were from within categories including house price assessment, housing booms and busts, and property
