RBI's Gopinath says regulation key in OTC reforms
Shyamala Gopinath, a deputy governor at the Reserve Bank of India, said in an article published in the Banque de France July 2010 Financial Stability Review that regulatory aspects are as important as transactional elements when shifting from a predominantly over-the-counter (OTC) based model to an exchange-traded model in derivatives.
