'The Region' : Minneapolis Fed September 2003

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has published its regular magazine, The Region, for September 2003. The issue includes an interview with Allan H. Meltzer, author of A History of the Federal Reserve and architect of the Shadow Open Market Committee. It also takes a look at the work of a Minneapolis Fed economist who analyses price differences to shed light on some of economics' most contentious issues. In the issue President Gary Stern agrees that the probability of deflation is low
