HKMC - Annual Report (2010)


The Hong Kong Monetary Corporation Annual Report published on Tuesday shows the corporation purchased a total of HK$4.7 billion ($600 million) of loan assets during 2010.

The HKMC is a Hong Kong Monetary Authority-related organisation aimed at developing Hong Kong's secondary mortgage market. The report, which reviews the business performance, corporate governance and initiatives on corporate social responsibility of the HKMC, said all the residential loans purchased were made up of residential
