The Bermuda Monetary Authority has published its Annual Report for the year ended 2002. In the Chairman's statement Cheryl-Ann Lister said the year has seen the successful completion of a key stage in the Authority's continuing development. At one level, it saw the Authority's transformation into a single regulatory body for the whole of the financial services industry, following the merger of the insurance regulatory function and staff with the BMA.
