ECB's financial markets legislation

The European Central Bank (ECB) published "European Legislation on Financial Markets" on 3 July.

The report sets out the legislative framework within which European central banks operate. These include, broadly, three areas of legislation: the settlement finality directive, the financial collateral directive and the winding-up directive for credit institutions.
