G20 working group: amend Bretton Woods governance

Emerging and developing economies should have greater voice and representation in Bretton Woods institutions, says a report from a working group prepared for the G20 London summit.

The report also says that the institutions should also continue to review and adapt their lending instruments to adequately meet their members' needs and revise their lending role in light of the ongoing financial crises.

The report also said that the International Monetary Fund and the expanded Financial Stability
