Bank Negara Malaysia’s new site draws on award-winning designs

Responsive site launched after in-house team conducts benchmarking exercise on award-winning central bank sites

Bank Negara Malaysia has launched a new website after conducting extensive research and benchmarking exercises on award-winning sites, the central bank announced in November.

Speaking to Central Banking, Shahrul Hashim, head of electronic communications at the central bank, explained how the process to overhaul the site's infrastructure began.

"The bank realised that since the last redesign of its website in 2008, there was a need to refresh the corporate look and feel, and improve the site
