Philadelphia: James Narron will take up his new role as vice-president and chief operating officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia on April 1.

He currently serves as senior vice-president and product manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where he leads the Federal Reserve System's Cash Product Office.
