Paraguayan central bank plans to expand new database
Platform launched last week to ‘favourable reception’
The Central Bank of Paraguay plans to broaden the information contained on its online database, which was launched on September 24 to what a spokesperson describes as a "very favourable reception".
The Sistema Informàtico de Variables Económicas y Financieras (Sivef) compiles financial statistics from numerous areas of the bank, including foreign payments, domestic prices, production and income, as well as credit institutions under its supervision.
