CPMI-Iosco launch next phase of data aggregation work

The CPMI is hosted by the BIS

International standard-setters launched the latest stage of their work on aggregating data on over-the-counter derivatives in a consultation paper published on September 2.

The work, by the Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures (CPMI) and International Organization of Securities Commissions (Iosco), focuses on "key data elements" that need to be harmonised across jurisdictions to allow meaningful reporting of derivatives transactions to trade repositories.

Work on two batches of data
