Top UK and US officials join forces to enhance resolution

Top UK and US central bankers and government officials have met in Washington, DC, in an effort to strengthen their approach to cross-border resolution.

Hosted by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the "exercise" on Monday sought to lay the groundwork for transatlantic cooperation in the event a global systemically important bank (G-Sib) should collapse.
