PMA launches three-pronged social media strategy
The Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA) has launched social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in a bid to improve financial awareness among the Palestinian public.
In a statement, the PMA said it "aims to encourage the optimum use of banking services, attain a deeper connection with all segments of society, and to utilise methods such as interactive media and customers' feedback while communicating with the public".
The three accounts each serve a different purpose. The PMA noted
