Israeli committee split over rate cut, minutes reveal

Bank of Israel (BoI) governor Stanley Fischer exercised his casting vote on the central bank's monetary committee to keep this month's policy interest rate cut to just 25 basis points, after three members of the six-strong committee voted to cut rates by 50bp.
