Fed’s Bullard recommends QE for ECB's next move

James Bullard, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis, today told an audience in Frankfurt that the European Central Bank (ECB) should consider a GDP-weighted quantitative easing (QE) programme as its next move to return the eurozone economy to growth.
