BIS: Forex OTC markets hold steady, despite regulatory uncertainty

Despite the challenges posed by regulatory uncertainty, the number of foreign exchange over-the-counter derivatives transactions has remained steady – rising by 1% to $67 trillion notional in the second half of 2012, according to a report by the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), published on May 8.
