State Bank of Vietnam forms payments advice board


The State Bank of Vietnam today (September 10) announced the creation of a new payment board to advise the governor Nguyen Van Bình on issues related to the field of payments.

Working regulations for the group were finalised on September 5, the central bank said. Specific tasks required of the board include conducting research into strategy, mechanisms and policies of the state management as part of work towards developing the payments system in Vietnam.
