
Weidmann airs unresolved questions of financial crisis

Jens Weidmann, president of the Deutsche Bundesbank, today (March 20) said several areas need additional research to enable lessons to be truly learnt from the financial crisis.
Speaking at the Frankfurt Finance Summit, Weidmann said: "Prudent regulation and supervision crucially depend on a sound understanding of the financial system."
