Bank of Greece delivers policy report for ‘critical year’


The Bank of Greece on March 19 published its Report on Monetary Policy 2011-2012. In it, the central bank demands that programme of reforms be implemented "rigorously" and "without deviation".

The report was delivered to the Greek parliament and in a statement summarising the contents, the central bank did not hold back in stressing the urgency of the reforms happening in the country.

The central bank said of the February 21 decision by the Eurogroup to continue supporting Greece that the action
