Sarb seeks nominations for board of directors

The South African Reserve Bank (Sarb) on March 15 opened the nominations procedure to replace Stephen Goodson after his term as a shareholder-elected non-executive director on the central bank's board of directors ends.

Goodson will step down from the board on the day after the 2012 annual general meeting (AGM) of the central bank in July. He will have served nine years in the role.
