Exclusive: Ex-Kosovo governor recalls ‘surprise’ arrest

Hashim Rexhepi, former governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo, has revealed details of his arrest and incarceration by enforcement authorities in July 23, 2010 related to corruption charges; accusations that have now been dropped.
