New York Fed announces two new directors

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York on Thursday announced the appointments of two new Class B directors.

Glenn Hutchins, co-founder and co-chief executive of Silver Lake, a global private investment firm in the technology industry, and Terry Lundgren, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Macy's, the department store chain, took up their positions on August 31.

Both will serve the rest of two outgoing directors' three-year terms. Hutchins will serve the remainder of Jeffrey Kindler
