European Commission establishes payment systems market expert group
The European Commission has established a payment systems market expert group.
In a decision published on Monday, the commission said the group would assist with the preparation of legislative acts and policy initiatives regarding payments systems, dealing with issues including fraud prevention.
The Commission said it hoped the group would then offer insight concerning the practical implementation of any new policy that is decided on.
