Trichet preaches sustainable long-term growth
Jean-Claude Trichet, the president of the European Central Bank, on Saturday offered policymakers his advice on achieving maximum long-term economic growth.
Speaking at the Jackson Hole Economic Symposium in the US, as part of a panel entitled Setting Priorities for Long-term Growth, Trichet criticised comparisons between the eurozone and the US in terms of growth patterns.
