Austria’s Nowotny fears delay in ratification of EFSF

Ewald Nowotny, the president of the National Bank of Austria and a member of the European Central Bank's (ECB) Governing Council, on Monday raised concerns that changes to the euro area bailout vehicle may not be ratified by October, as expected.
