
Bank Negara Malaysia deputy governor passes away

A Bank Negara Malaysia deputy governor, Mohd Razif bin Abd Kadir, passed away on Monday.
Kadir, 58, was one of three deputy governors at the Malaysian central bank. He joined Bank Negara Malaysia in 1976 and held several senior positions in the central bank throughout his 35-year career there. Among his many roles were that of chief representative of the Bank Negara Malaysia's London representative office, the director of Bank Negara Malaysia's bank regulation department and the director-general
