Sweden’s Öberg calls for Riksbank to merge with regulator

Svante Öberg, the first deputy governor of the Riksbank, on Tuesday urged politicians to undertake a massive overhaul of Sweden's regulatory framework and merge operations at Sweden's central bank and supervisory authority.
