Ex-Vietnam governor linked to Securency bribery scandal

Money paid by Securency, a polymer maker and an offshoot of the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), to a Vietnamese businessman implicated in the graft scandal surrounding the company, has allegedly benefited Le Duc Thuy, a former governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.
