ECB repos, not bond purchases best fix for debt woes: Deutsche Bank note

The European Central Bank (ECB) could engage in a long-term repurchase programme, as an alternative to extending its controversial bond purchase programme, to kickstart buying of peripheral eurozone sovereign debt, Deutsche Bank has suggested.
